Weight Loss Challenge: Day 13 - Stalled

Ok, so the weigh-in this morning was at 219.6, down from yesterday slightly, but I expected a little more. We'll see what tomorrow looks like. Also, my Bodymetrix BX 2000 arrives on Tuesday, so we should have a pretty accurate picture of the bodyfat early next week.

Today I used the…Xvest. I know, a big surprise, but I had 40 pounds in today, did some stepmill intervals again followed by 10 minutes of alternating sets of burpees and lunges. If you've never seen a burpee, it is a pretty intense bodyweight exercise that becomes that much more challenging with 40 pounds strapped on.
