Weight Loss Challenge: Day 12 - Reaching New Lows

This morning's weigh-in was 219.8, just 0.6 pounds up from last week's low. I have a feeling that by the time Sunday rolls around we'll be pushing the 215 mark.

My workout was again focused on the Xvest - I did 20 minute stepmill intervals, and then 10 minutes of sprints for a total of 30 minutes in the gym. I had an extra 38 pounds strapped to my body today, so it is really making my workouts that much more challenging. I especially love when I get strange looks from the other people in the gym - it is almost like they are saying "Look at that weirdo working out hard!" To me, that is the biggest compliment someone could give me!
