Weight Loss Challenge: Day 9 - Back on the Plan

Ok, I got my eating straightened out today.  Here's what my intake looked like:

  • Calories - 2,649
  • Protein - 231 grams
  • Carbs - 78 grams
  • Fat - 157 grams
I also took my body fat, but I want to see if the reading is consistent over the next two days before posting the results.  It was lower than I expected!
