Weight Loss Challenge: Day 5 - Nutrition Summary

Ok, not too much to say tonight, so I'll just give you the numbers:

  • Calories - 2,163
  • Protein - 242 grams
  • Carbs - 94 grams
  • Fat - 91 grams

Will be interesting to see what the scale says tomorrow morning.  Forgot to do the bodyfat measurement today so I'll have to wait until tomorrow afternoon.  Most of today's carbs came from Skim Plus skim milk. If you have this near you, or an equivalent, I highly recommend it.  It is a higher protein, creamier version of skim milk  - much better than the old "blue" skim milk.  Also had two La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas - they have a whopping 14 grams of fiber in each one.  No problems with the old bowels tonight :-

Tomorrow I'm considering trying a new strength training routine.  Will detail it out in the morning.
