Weight Loss Challenge: Day 4 - Nutrition Summary
Here's the damage for the day - I actually need to eat more!
- Calories - 1,548
- Protein - 200 grams
- Carbs - 67 grams
- Fat - 54 grams
The body fat reading on the Tanita was 16.2%, down 0.4% since Tuesday, so we're in fat burning mode now! I'm excited about my workout tomorrow as I just received my Xvest. This will enable me to add weight to make my cardiovascular training much more challenging. It will also serve as a not-so-subtle reminder to not put that weight back on!
