Weight Loss Challenge: Day 2 Nutrition Summary

Ok - here's how I ended up eating today…

  • Calories - 1,965
  • Protein - 234 grams
  • Carbohydrates - 66 grams
  • Fat - 85 grams

My primary sources of fat today were natural peanut butter and whole eggs.  I haven't had a chance to get to a vitamin store to get more flaxseed oil, but I'll be throwing in 2-3 tablespoons daily.

Also measured my body fat with an older Tanita scale - it's not always 100% accurate, but it will show relative improvements.  The reading today was 16.6%, so we'll monitor that until I receive my new toy in a week or so - a device that uses ultrasound to get an accurate picture of one's body fat.
